250 seeds per pack. A variety of Aztec Spinach (unrelated to common spinach) popularly cultivated in Mexico. The seeds have somewhat thinner coats than other types. Leaves can be eaten raw or cooked much like spinach. The seeds also have uses in the making of baking flours. Very hardy, grows to about 3-4ft, and can be a gorgeous ornamental as well. Similar in appearance to Lamb's Quarters. #2971
